Community programmes
Equitable and sustainable solutions
The Young Health Programme delivers equitable, community-based education and training programmes in 40+ countries around the world that activate young people with the knowledge and skills to make informed health choices for longer and healthier lives.
Programmes are developed to meet local needs and resources and are executed by non-profit organisation partners, often with AstraZeneca employees volunteering their support.
The activities range widely in scope and scale from relatively small programmes to large-scale community health education programmes in Kenya and India. All are aimed at providing a more sustainable future for people, society and the planet.
