We recognise that to enable scientific advances to happen, you need innovators with a focus on scientific quality, smart risk-taking and good decision-making. We support the incubation of novel ideas in order to accelerate the scientific advances of tomorrow. Our Global R&D Postdoctoral Challenge Programme promotes diversity of thought and provides research and mentorship opportunities for early-career scientists across the globe. This programme encourages autonomy and innovation, inviting outstanding scientists to propose their own research ideas and hypotheses that could contribute to tackling some of the world’s most complex diseases. Furthermore, through our global A.Catalyst Network of more than 20 innovation hubs across the globe, we also engage with patients and a diverse range of stakeholders to identify and drive new opportunities for healthcare innovation and to ensure access to our medicines. Our mentoring programme provides innovators access to our expertise to accelerate their ideas.
