Our employees are driven to do good, and we support these efforts through our Power of Us program in the US.
Employees are empowered to find eligible nonprofit causes close to their hearts that they might choose to support in different ways: through company matching to personal donations, helping to organize company-wide giving campaigns, through applying paid time off for volunteering during the year, and in logging the impact of their volunteer hours on the lives they touch.

The Power of Us is our employee giving program open to all US-based employees. The intent of this program is to support our employees in their volunteer and giving efforts and further cultivate AstraZeneca as a great place to work by connecting employee altruism to our business. Employees donate their time and resources to the causes that matter most to them through paid time off to volunteer, as well as a 100% company match on donations made to eligible non-profit organizations.
Nonprofits: To receive donations and volunteer support, activate your nonprofit organization’s profile in the online system we use to power the program. Here you may add information about your organization, sign up to receive electronic disbursement of funds, and showcase specific volunteer opportunities and projects as needs arise.
