Tiffany Davis
Vice President, Human Resources, US BioPharmaceuticals
Responsibilities
Tiffany leads the US Commercial Human Resources team for the BioPharmaceutical Business Unit (BBU) and has accountability to deliver the overarching people strategy that aligns to the needs of the business. Tiffany serves as a member of the US Leadership Team and the global HR BioPharmaceuticals Leadership Team.
Prior Experience
Tiffany joined AstraZeneca in 2021 as Global Head of Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) playing a pivotal role in leading the integration of AZ and Alexion's I&D organizations. Her role was later expanded to include serving as Global HR business partner to the BBU Global Respiratory & Immunology and Insights and Business Excellence organizations.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has served in various roles in HR including business partnering, HR Operations and HR M&A. She also spent several years as a consultant with Deloitte advising leaders around the world in building and implementing effective and sustainable people strategies.
