Colleen Kempf
Head of Ethics & Compliance, US BioPharmaceuticals
Responsibilities
Colleen leads the compliance program for the US BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit and serves as a member of the US BioPharmaceuticals Leadership Team and the Safety, Health & Environment Executive Committee. She also co-chairs the US Compliance & Ethics Leadership Team and serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for AstraZeneca’s Political Action Committee.
Prior Experience
Colleen began her career at AstraZeneca in US Corporate Affairs’ Public Policy Group and has held various roles across Policy, Market Access, Patient Services and Compliance. Colleen brings over 23 years of experience in working with governments, payers and brand teams and leading programs, initiatives and partnerships that have supported AstraZeneca’s patients.
Education
- Business Economics degree, Brown University
