2 September 2022
Interleukin-33 (IL-33) is a key regulator of immune response and has recently been shown to also influence tissue remodelling. It has been associated with several major chronic diseases including asthma, chronic obstructuive pulmonary disease (COPD) and diabetic kidney disease. Find out how the interplay between forms of IL-33 enables it to modulate diverse pathways across different cell types and how gaining a deeper understanding of IL-33 is helping to inform our understanding of the underlying disease drivers. |
